What the team handles
The front desk
Answers the phone during office hours, files your insurance claim for you, and sets up a payment plan when that is the thing standing in the way.
Hygiene
Cleanings, x-rays, sealants and fluoride, and the part where somebody actually shows you what they are looking at.
Chairside
Assisting through fillings, crowns and extractions, and checking that you are alright partway through rather than only at the end.
