Four things, and none of them are hard to find.
- A photo ID
- Your insurance card, if you have one
- A list of any medication you take
- The name of your previous dentist, if you had one
Do not have all of it? Come anyway. Walk-ins are welcome and we will work with what you have got.

We are closed Friday through Sunday. If you have a problem over the weekend, call 806-495-3600 on Monday morning and we will fit you in.
